Nute burn or deficiency? Or something else?

So I have leaves that are turning yellow/brown and curling at the top. Could it be nutrient burn or deficiency? Or something else? Growing in miracle grow soil (I know, not the best) and using CFLs for lights.

My first question is going to be...
    1) are you letting the soil dry out between waterings?
    2) what are you feeding it? How much?
    3) have you thought about flowering it? Your light really isnt reaching the bottom leaves.

First thing is your media is probably too wet. This doesnt allow the roots to breathe. Just my 1st thought

I personally would not continue to put work into this plant. (sorry!) It looks male. If it isn't male it's incredibly thin and stretched, and now it's sick too.
I suspect the potting compost is a major factor which must be addressed, but I suspect there are several other environmental factors such as the amount of useful light (cfl can grow some chunky and bushy young plants) the temperatures and your watering and feeding schedule. . I would just start again with a new plant and a new plan.

I am autistic and I have anxiety and depression, melanoma and peptic ulcer. LUCKY ME
Ending prohibition is taking too long. People need to be allowed to make medicine from all the herbs so they can live.
