Quick Question! Can small Feminized seedlings and Cuttings placed Outdoors be affected by ambient lights? Flash lights? Fire pits? Any random lighting that can hit it?

Yes. I've read too many stories about people screwing up their indoor grows by turning on drop lights during the flower phase to fix a mechanical failure, like a fan. Others have reported growing too close to a street light had messed up their plants considerably.

Just my experience from over the past 3 years growing indoors and outside.
I have had to do intermittent lights on during flower on my indoor grows with no adverse results. This is maybe 5 minutes of lights-back to the normal condition after that. Outdoor grow just get normal ambient conditions(moon, lightning, cars driving by) and no problems.
Again, this is just my experience.

My experience is a grow i had eventually creeped over the fence line and was exposed to a MH bulbs (3 or 4) during middle of the night. My plants that full to half shade from the fence during the night, produced good bud, super tall and a few seeds. Although the plants that had full exposure to those MH bulbs all night were unable to grow FULLY mature bud. I could not get high on it. Very little trichome production. And tons of seeds! CONSTANT light exposure during its dark period WILL adversely affect your...
    1) Quality (stays immature if exposure is intense)
    2) Seed production (hermie)
    3) Height (super tall)

Yea...what they said, but...It all depends. I little flashlilght, firelight here or there isn't going to be a big deal, but the longer the exposure the more problems it could cause.
